Counselor Meeting
This form is for making quick, simple changes to your schedule or to set up a meeting with your counselor.
If you are requesting to change a core class, world language, or band, you will need both a parent and teacher's signature/permission. In that case, you must print or pick up a form, obtain the signatures, and turn them into the counseling office. You will receive an email from your counselor to let you know if your request can be made. Please consult the course guide handbook located on our school website to choose your new class:
Schedule changes based on teacher requests are not permitted. Keep in mind that not all schedule changes are possible, as course times are limited.
