UMCU restructuring: a Round Table Discussion - organized by Young Academy

UMC Utrecht is undergoing a major organizational transformation. The structure of the hospital will change from divisions and "speerpunten" to a system based on Themes, Centers, and Services. This shift is designed to create a more unified UMCU, yet the implications for everyone are not fully clear yet. E.g.:

🔹 How will it affect research funding, career growth, and collaborations?

Join our Round Table Discussion, where we will:  
✅ Discuss these topics and ask any questions or express concerns
✅ Offer space for questions & discussion, together with Esther van 't Riet (head of research office UMCU), Elly Hol (vice dean of research) & Paul Coffer (vice-dean Utrecht Life Sciences).
✅ End with a borrel to chat on or off-topic & meet fellow researchers!
