New Muslim Form
This form will be used by the Masjid administration in order to keep in contact with the new Muslims, whether they have taken their Shahada (testimony of faith) at the Masjid or they are generally a new Muslim and a new attendee at the Masjid. Likewise, the form will be used to improve and focus the Dawah (call of Islam to others) upon the most apparently effective avenues so that more people can learn and accept the truth.
