Kitty's Launderette Customer Feedback Form 2023

Kitty’s Launderette exists for the benefit of our local community, to provide affordable laundry facilities as well as an accessible social space. As a valued customer and user of the space we really appreciate any feedback you have, that can help us improve our services and shape the future of our community launderette. 

The Survey is divided into 3 sections, you can fill in the whole survey or just the section that best applies to how you use the launderette. 

Our Customer Feedback form 2023 is anonymous however you have to option to provide personal details throughout the survey (email address, telephone number) below we have linked our GDPR policy.

Laundry Services
At Kitty's Launderette we offer a range of Laundry services from DIY Wash and Dry, service laundry, Ironing and Eco Dry cleaning. We aim to make these services high quality, affordable and as environmentally friendly as possible.

Supporting Our Community

We are a social enterprise which seeks to support our community in any way we can. We are asking for honest feedback to help us decide the couple of areas of community support we will focus on for the next 12 months. 

Kitty’s has limited resources of time, space and money, so we need people to join us to continue to grow the positive impact we can have together.

Events and Activities

As well as a functioning Launderette, Kitty’s aims to create a social space for community events and activities. In the past year, we have held events from gigs to clothes swaps. With our events, we hope to create a space for people to learn, create and meet new people in the area. 

As a community not-for-profit business we want to make sure that our events are serving our community well and this questionnaire will hopefully give us more information about what new directions to explore in 2023 and beyond.
