Mount Sinai Health Hackathon 2018 - Rare Disease Unmet Need Identification
If you know of a problem or unmet need in the practice of preventing, diagnosing, treating, or rehabilitating patients with rare diseases, or in the practice of conducting rare disease research, please take a moment to complete the following form.

Please be aware that disclosing this unmet need opens up the possibility of any technology developed by participants addressing this problem to be owned by those participants. If you have an interest in being a part of this process, we encourage you to participate in the hackathon or be willing to advise the students throughout the event and beyond with the particular solution they are developing.
