When it comes to learning and using English in courses taught in English at KU or other universities in Korea, how often do Koreans feel unmotivated or demotivated toward English? What specific factors might have adversely affected their motivation?

When learning English or another language, what factors have contributed to your motivation to learn the language? Refer to my handout on the psychological aspects of motivation. How do you think your motivation affected your study habits or learning strategies?
