Membership Cancellation/Pause Request
While we are sad to see you go, we totally understand it couldn't last forever! We are grateful for your trust and for your time spent with Napp. Once we receive your request with at least 14 days notice, your Napp account will be paused for any future charges and you will remain an active member with access to the platform through the end of your current billing cycle.
*Napp requires a 14 days notice for all cancellation requests. If you are submitting this request with less than 14 days notice, you will have one remaining billing cycle before your account is officially closed.
