Please read the following carefully and sign to say you have done so.1. All critters must arrive healthy, clean and free from contagious illness or parasites.
2. Owners must provide accurate information regarding health, diet, behaviour and bonding.
3. Rabbits must be fully vaccinated for Myxomatosis, RHD1 and RHD2 unless previously agreed.
4. Mily Critter Comforts reserve the right to refuse or end a boarding stay if welfare concerns arise.
5. In the event of illness or injury, the owners will be contacted and veterinary treatment will be sought immediately.
6. All veterinary fees remain the responsibility of the owner, however, every effort will be made to discuss these with the owner as they occur.
7. While every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure safety and wellbeing, animals are boarded entirely at owner's risk.
8. A £20 deposit is required to secure bookings.
9. Cancellations within 7 days of the booking start date will incur a charge of 25% of the total fee.
10. We will try to accommodate late collections, however, as a small business this may not always be possible.
11. Abandoned animals (not collected within 3 days without contact) may be rehomed in line with animal welfare guidance.
