Being a form to streamline the entire system of submitting the information needed to publicize events in the Northwest District on the District website Calendar 2.0 page and the Northwest District Facebook page. Editing may happen.
What is the Name of the Event?
What Day is the Event?
What time does it start?
When does it end?
Where is the Event? What is the exact name of the place? Is it at a park or a Church or a Scout Camp? Are GPS coordinates available?
Please describe the Event in a much detail as possible. Please include "why" somebody should attend.
How does a person Register for this Event? Please include sign up dates, methods, and deadlines.
Who does a person Contact for more information? Please include a name, email address, and a phone number if possible. This information will be shared.
