The following form needs to be completed for each day camper.
Day Camp fee is $120 -- June 15-19
A camper is not registered until all forms and fees are received at the Rolling Hills office.

Time: 10:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M. (ages 4 - exiting grade 2) June 15-19
Opening Day registration begins at 9:15 a.m. Please arrive early Monday so classes may begin at 10:00 a.m. Campers should arrive no earlier than 9:30 a.m. Tuesday thru Friday. Pick up time is 3:00 p.m. sharp.
Campers MUST attend the week designated for their age/grade group. Day Campers must be at least 4 yrs. old on first day of camp. Exceptions must be pre-approved by the director(s) and/or elders.
