We’re sorry to hear that you’ve lost an item while travelling with AlpNav. Please complete the form below to report your lost property.

To help us locate your item, provide as many details as possible so we can effectively coordinate with the relevant transporter.

Once we receive your completed form upon receipt, we will check our lost property records and notify you ONLY if your item is found we will aim to provide an update within 7 days 

Please note that while we will make every effort to locate your belongings, we cannot guarantee recovery. If your item is not found, we can issue an insurance letter upon request. Please note there may be administration charges for return of items as per terms.
