Introduction to the Practice of Contemplation
January 18th-25th, 2019 with Igor Berkhin

In Dzogchen practice, the crucial point is the transit from meditation that involves mind to contemplation beyond ordinary mind. It is related to the principle of "no-effort" or relaxation. Applying methods of shine, semdzins, and rushens, we can discover how to relax into one's natural state going beyond ordinary mental activity.

The retreat will include explanations of the typical deviations and obstacles related to the meditation of Dzogchen-Atiyoga, collective and individual practice sessions both indoors and in the open air. There will also be sessions on Yantra Yoga and breathing with YY Instructors.

The retreat is intended for those who received a direct introduction from Chogyal Namkhai Norbu.

Retreat will take place at Aqua Sun Resort by the Red Sea. See: https://www.aquasunhotels.com
If traveling from outside Israel, we recommend flying to Sharm El Sheikh International Airport (SSH).

Full participation is required, which means 7 nights (Friday to Friday).

Please choose below your preferred room choice. You will see the prices listed in Euro but you can also pay at the hotel with other currencies.
