JCCGCI Group Trip Request Form

    Please complete this form to request group transportation for your older adult program. Please request transportation as early as possible, but no less than 2 weeks prior to your planned event. 

    Important: Your trip is not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation from the JCC and a tab has been added to your trip’s Google Sheet. 

    Scheduling Tips:

    Preferred Trip Days for Distant Trips: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays; Please note Wednesdays and Fridays are possible, but are usually more challenging.  Please request early. 

    Ideal Trip Timing for One-Time Local Trips -Trips with a 9:15 AM pick-up and 1:30 PM return are most easily accommodated.  Manageable times:  We do our best to accommodate all requests but please try to schedule trips Monday - Thursday 7:30AM pick-up and a 5pm return.  Friday 7:30AM pick-up - Return must be at least 4 hours before sundown.  

    Local Regular Trip Ideas: Weekly or bi-weekly basis trips:  Bowling (Exercise per NYC Aging), Shopping outings, Walking clubs, Park visits, other local regular community based trips

    Ideal Timing for Local Regular Trips:  Monday–Thursday: 9AM–12PM or 1PM–4PM  Friday: 9AM–12PM

    Please note the required minimum is 5 registered older adults for all group trips.

    The JCC is not responsible for any tickets purchased for programs or venues.

    -  If your trip is fully dependent on JCCGCI transportation, we strongly recommend waiting to purchase tickets until transportation has been officially approved.

    For outdoor, weather-dependent trips, please prepare a "Plan B" indoor option (e.g., if a park trip is cancelled, shift to a nearby mall or museum with similar timing)

    Please note - JCC will be closed on the following days and cannot provide transportation: 

    Monday September 1, Tuesday September 23, Wednesday September 24, Thursday October 2, Tuesday October 7, Wednesday October 8, Tuesday October 14, Wednesday October 15, Thursday November 27, Friday November 28

Please enter highest number of anticipated participants so vehicles can be scheduled properly.  If numbers drastically drop - please let us know. Vehicles utilized are between 16 and 44 passengers.
