Scope
The Safeguarding Team processes reports of potential harassment or abuse of power among adults that take place within the Redeemer Downtown ministry environment or involve Redeemer Downtown members or employees.
Who Should Report
-Everyone is strongly encouraged to report potential instances of harassment or abuse of power.
-Church officers and employee supervisors are required to report potential instances of harassment, discrimination, or abuse of power that involve employees of the Redeemer network of churches and ministries.
-Church members are expected to report potential instances of harassment or abuses of power.
Response Process
A report of potential harassment or abuse of power against an adult may be filed by completing this reporting form. Once you submit this form, it is directed to the Safeguarding Team for review. If you prefer to make this report in person, please email a brief request to safeguarding@redeemerdt.com to be contacted by a member of the Safeguarding Team.
