Table Reservation Form - International Festival
Table reservation form for the upcoming International Festival, taking place October 7th (10 AM - 4 PM) at the Faribault Middle School (704 17th St SW, Faribault, MN 55021).

Six-foot tables may be rented in order to display a cultural exhibition, promote a company or organization, as well as to sell items or food. Tables are free for cultural exhibitions (non-vendor tables), $10.00 for non-profit organizations, and $15 for all others, or $25 for two tables. Please make checks payable to: International Festival Faribault - 324 Central Avenue, Faribault, MN 55021.

Your table must be set-up by 9:30 AM on Saturday, October 7th, 2017. Empty spots will be reassigned at that time. You must pay in full before participation. You can bring your own table, booth, or canopy for the same price. Electricity can be provided but you must bring your own (long) extension cord. There will be no refunds 10 days prior to the date of the festival for any cancellations. You must furnish your own chair(s). Table location will be determined by the Festival Committee.

Food & Health Service Rules
If you will not be selling food, please write "N/A" below. If you will be selling food, by electronically signing below, you agree that you have read and understand the following regulations regarding food and health policy: When serving food, gloves must be worn or tongs or other utensils must be used. Do not touch food items with bare hands. Please have a container with soap and water for washing hands or utensils. If you do not have soap and water you must have liquid hand sanitizer. Hot food must be kept hot with a chafer or burner. Cold food must be kept on ice or in a refrigerated container. If you are handling money you must not handle food. Please do not eat food items at your table. Volunteers will be around to assist making the festival a success. They will receive food and drink coupons for their work. Please honor these coupons when they present them.
