ORGANIC FOOD PLAN (MANDATORY)
  1. Plan A - $2,310.00 (1 full payment due upon registration)
  2. Plan B - $1,155.00 (2 semester payments due 07/01/24 and 01/01/25)
  3. Plan C - $210.00 (11 installment payments due 07/01/24 through 05/01/25)

FEES AND TUITION AGREEMENT
  • In acceptance of this contract/agreement for the above-named student at Key Point Christian Academy for the corresponding 2024-2025 school year, I understand and agree that once this agreement has been signed and registration has been paid, I am liable for the entire school year's tuition payments and fees.
  • Current fees and tuition contract/agreement begin on July 1, 2024, through May 1, 2025.
  • For late enrollments, the contract/agreement will end until June 1, 2025.
  • Tuition and Food Protection Plan becomes immediately effective for families who enroll at the time of registration and pay the annual fee.

LATE FEES AND PAYMENT NOTES
  • Unpaid balances after the 5th of each month: $50.00 late fee. Additional $100.00 late fee after the 15th of each month.
  • Returned checks penalty: $50.00. After two returned checks during the school year, payments shall be made with a certified check, money order, or credit card.
  • Any overdue account balance after 90 days will be sent to RFGI, our third-party collections agency. Collection fees will be added to your account.
  • Classes will be interrupted due to late/non-payment of tuition and fees as stated in the parent handbook.
  • In the event that a family is unable to meet the deadlines for the payment of their tuition fees, they must contact the finance department (information above) so payment arrangements can be discussed.
  • Class Interruptions: The finance department will reach out to families who have not met payment deadlines. It is imperative to prioritize tuition payments to avoid class interruption, which may affect the student’s academic performance. After 60 days of non-tuition payments, class interruption will take effect.

LATE PICK-UP FEES  

  • For students that not enrolled in the monthly After care Program, a late pick-up fee will apply after dismissal time. 
  • For students from Toddler to Kinder, a late pick-up fee of $38.00 then $1.00 per minute will apply for anyone arriving after 3:35 p.m. 
  • For students that are enrolled in the monthly after care program a late pick-up fee will apply at 6:01 p.m. of $38.00 then $1.00 per minute.
