Application form - The Paw Project UK
The Paw Project UK believe that everyone should get the chance to adopt a wonderful dog. We are an equal opportunity rehoming facility with an open mind to alternative living solutions. We don’t believe that you have to have a house to be a good dog owner.
Our adoption fee for Romanian dogs is £555, (an extra £30 applies for Scottish adoptions) inclusive of your £75 reservation fee. This consists of tests, vaccines, flea and worming, neutering or spaying where appropriate and transport.
Fees are not refundable if the adoption is cancelled by you.
Puppies can only travel at five months old to reduce the risk of any complications on transport. The travel date will be given in advance but can be subject to change, if required and if in the pup's best interests.
Please answer with as much detail as possible, avoiding yes/no answers where possible. This is our first insight into whether you are suitable to adopt a dog - one worded and short responses may result in your application being rejected. Thank you!

Any additional info you think we should know?
Do you understand that even if your application is initially accepted, you will still need to go through a home check which includes us providing you with a lot of useful information regarding adopting an overseas rescue dog. We also ask a series of questions to ensure you and the dog are a good match. This is to ensure that you and your home are suitable for the dog you have applied for. You won't know for certain if you are fully approved until you successfully pass that home check. *
