KAIROS AI MET Forecast is an AI-based advisory meteorological information service for aviation. It provides forecast products for operationally relevant hazards such as convection, low visibility, turbulence, and dust/SO₂, delivered through standard digital interfaces. The information is intended to complement existing meteorological products and support situational awareness and decision-making in ATM, airport, and related operational contexts.
At a high level, the service combines meteorological forecast data and real-time observations, which are processed by AI models to generate forecast products for aviation weather hazards. These products are then made available through standard digital interfaces so they can be viewed or integrated into existing operational tools.
This survey gathers feedback on clarity, usefulness, trust, and conditions for appropriate advisory use.
Your insights will help evaluate the usefulness, usability, and added value of the KAIROS project in complementing existing meteorological products and workflows.
The project is supported by the SESAR 3 Joint Undertaking and its members under grant agreement Nº 101114701.
