Thank you for thinking of us to potentially host a fun and pampering party for either yourself or a friend/family member! Keep in mind, we only host Parties on Fridays & Saturdays between 5:00-10pm and Sundays between 11am-9pm. Please read below for party details and to answer the questions listed so we can have an idea as to what you need for your event! We will contact you within 5 business days once we receive this form to discuss further details!

For Children, we can accommodate a minimum of 4 girls and a maximum of 10 girls (birthday girl included in head count). All children must be a minimum of 7 years old to receive services. Parents of guests are not permitted to stay for the duration of the party. You are only allowed to have 2 other adults with you to help.

4-6 girls for 2 hours is $700

7-10 girls for 2 1/2 hours is $900

*Additional time can be added for $100/hour

Birthday Girl & Guests can customize their experience by choosing 2 out of the 4 services listed below:

-Natural Makeup Application

-Curls (Hair must be clean and blown out/dry)

For Adults we can accommodate a minimum of 4 guests and a maximum of 8 (guest of honor included in head-count).

The following services are available to guests. Each guest chooses 2 services:

-Express Facial with or without Dermaplaning

-Signature HydraFacial

-Oxygen Treatment Express

-Glacial Gloss Express

-Brow Waxing & Tinting

-Spray Tanning

-Weekend Lashes

-Teeth Whitening

IV Infusions can be added to the Party but are not included in the Party price. They will be an extra $150 per Infusion and you need a minimum of 4 people who want IV's for them to be added to the Party. A non-refundable 50% Deposit is required per Infusion and should be included with the Party Deposit.

We will provide music of choice, a table that sits 6, Spa Water drinking glasses and a goodie bag from us with a special gift inside!

You must provide the food, celebratory desserts, additional drinks if needed, plasticware, plates, drinking cups, napkins, table cloths, and personalized decorations (nothing can be taped to the walls).

You are allowed to arrive 30 minutes before the party starts, and you have 30 minutes for cleanup after the completion of the party.

We will do our absolute best to personalize the party for you but there may be additional charges for certain requests.

A 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit will be required to reserve the studio for your event.

If event is canceled due to sickness or any unforeseeable circumstances with less than 7 days of notice on your end, you will not be given the opportunity to reschedule.

Rescheduling can only occur with at least 7 days of notice from event date and you only get 1 opportunity to reschedule your party.

If event is canceled due to weather, or any unforeseeable circumstances on our end, we will either refund your deposit or reschedule the event.

1 week prior to your event, we will reach out to confirm party details and make reasonable adjustments if needed.

If hosting a children's party, all children must have a parental consent form filled out by their guardian. That form will be filled out the day of the party, or we can email it to you to send to the other parents to fill out ahead of time. During the party, children must at all times be supervised by you and/or your adult guests accompanying you. This is most certainly a party for a mature group of children and is not a place for running around and rough play so please keep that in mind.

The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival. Additional charges that accrue after that can be paid for at the end of your event.
