CCC 10K Private Party & Teams Tent Application 2025
Applications must be submitted to the Crescent City Classic by Friday, April 4, 2025.
   Set-up: Saturday, April 19th by 6:30am* or day prior 8:30am - 4:00pm.
   Location: Festival Grounds, City Park, 4 Friedrichs Ave, NOLA    
   Load Out: Saturday, April 19th 1:00pm - 2:00pm  

SECURE YOUR SPOT FOR YOUR OWN 10 X 10 TENT:
$175 (non-refundable):  Site fee to secure your tent's spot on the Festival Grounds. Tent size and layout must be pre-approved by CCC.

   20 x 20' Tent (framed) @ $450.00

   Fest Passes @ $20.00

*PURCHASER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT PRICING FOR RENTALS ABOVE DOES NOT INCLUDE TAX, SET UP LABOR, DELIVERY, OR PICK UP FEES.  

Two (2) Festival Credentials will be issued upon check-in, which will allow early entry into the festival grounds on Race Day. Additional Festival Passes are $20.

Applications will be considered on a first come basis. No telephone reservations will be taken.  Mail-in or emailed reservations will only be accepted with complete credit card information and signature.  Crescent City Classic reserves the right to decline requests.  Applicants acknowledge they are responsible for any taxes, delivery, pick up fees.

Applications must be received no later than April 4, 2025 for consideration.
