Bride and Groom Questionnaire

Welcome to my wedding day guide!  This questionnaire will walk me through your entire day so my staff and I can arrive fully prepared!   

Don't get overwhelmed! This questionnaire autosaves so you can work on it little by little at your convenience.  You can also come back to make changes any time you want. Let's set the deadline for ONE WEEK BEFORE YOUR WEDDING to complete this.  You can complete it before that but I won't actually print it until one week before your wedding.  

Whenever you do complete this, let me know so I can reach out to you with any questions. Obviously, things can change last minute so if it's a few days before your wedding please make sure you keep me in the loop!  Otherwise, I'll be going by the details you provided exactly one week before your wedding.    

Finally, it is important that you don't share the link with anyone else including family and friends so no one has access to your questionnaire.  Reach out any time if you have any questions or need suggestions. I’m happy to help!
