It has been a pleasure having your child here at Health Sciences Charter School. We hope that you will choose to return for the 2026-2027 school year. We are asking you to confirm your child’s return to our school for next school year.

Annually, NYSED requires charter schools to submit 2 proofs of residency for each enrolled student each enrollment year. Acceptable documents for proof of residency include a mortgage statement, lease agreement, or utility bill (gas, electric, water, or cable) dated within 60 days.  These documents can be emailed, faxed or dropped off.  Please send documents to: admissions@healthsciencescharterschool.org
