This request form is for internal Cabrillo organizations to request having their group "table" at an event. This means the group will have a table present, with representatives to answer questions or provide information about their groups and its events and activities.

2. The Student Life Director will review the form and space request for availability and appropriateness.
3. You will be notified that your request has been approved or denied via email.
