1. Guidelines-Smoking and alcohol are not allowed at the tree farm during photography sessions. The photographer acknowledges that he/she is working in a natural environment and agrees to properly supervise his/her clients in work area at all times.
2. Fees-$250 per day (9:00-5:00), $100 for 3 consecutive hours, or $40 per hour-fees paid upon arrival either cash or Venmo
3. Cancellation Policy for Hourly or Half Day-If the photographer needs to cancel the assigned date, cancellations must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled photo shoot. Weather may also be a factor, and Tassin Tree Farm would notify the photographer is the farm is not able to have visitors for photos.
4. Cancellation Policy for Full Day Rental--If the photographer needs to cancel or change the assigned date, modifications must be done at least 2 weeks before the scheduled photo shoot. Weather may also be a factor, and Tassin Tree Farm would notify the photographer is the farm is not able to have visitors for photos.
5. Confirmation-Tassin Tree Farm will send a confirmation to the photographer once the online agreement has been completed.
