The 2025 Caldwell Agriculture Fair will take place from September 24 - September 28.
Choose a Department and Category to Sign-Up to be an exhibitor. All premiums are TBD based on sponsorships.

Exhibitors, please carefully read the rules and regulations per each respective department.
NOTICE: The Caldwell Agriculture Fair Inc. will not be responsible for any claim, loss, injury, or damage to personal property. If such a situation were to arise, the Caldwell Agriculture Fair Inc., (agents, employees, officers, board members, and contractors) will NOT be held accountable.
- EXHIBIT HALL- Department entries will be received from 11:00 AM until 6:30 PM, Monday, September 22, and 8:00 AM until 12:00 PM, Tuesday, September 23, of Fair Week. Entries must be submitted on an entry form, identification and verification purposes. Your identification information will be used for verification of your exhibited items. Please label your items with your Name, Address and Phone Number. No exhibitor is permitted to submit more than three (3) entries per category. The judge has the right NOT to award ribbons/prizes for the exhibited items. Entries must have been prepared within the last 12 months to qualify for display.
- EXHIBIT REMOVAL- Entries may not be removed until premiums are paid on Monday, September 29, from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM unless otherwise discussed. Unclaimed entries will be discarded.
- JUDGING - Exhibit Hall judging will begin on Tuesday, September 23 at 12:00 PM.
- Exhibitors will not be allowed in the Exhibit Hall during judging.
- BOOTHS - Booths must be reserved by Friday, September 19 at 5:00 PM and completed by 12:00 PM on Tuesday, September 23. Booth Number's will be assigned upon arrival. They are first come, first serve, unless otherwise determined.
