In a perfect world, every recipient of a GFS tablet could get a personalized tablet with apps and functions that have been personalized considering the needs, skills, and scenario of the person.  However, personalization may be out of reach without funding and dedicated infrastructure.  Can a balance be reached?  Indicate any thoughts you have knowing that this will be a discussion topic in meeting #2.
