Application for NEUC Card Membership 新纪元卡申请表格
新纪元会员卡目前已发展为 New Era UC Member APP，此 Google Form 申请表单将停用。
如欲申请成为新纪元会员，请透过 APP 进行申请，我们会第一时间审核通过（*须符合条规）。
请参考以下申请步骤：
1. 点击链接 https://member.newera.edu.my/download 下载并安装 New Era UC Member APP（适用于 Google Playstore / App Store / Huawei Gallery / Web App）。
2. 进入 App 主页界面后，点击左下角“会员”开始注册。
3. 填写个人资料（中英姓名请按身份证实名填写）。
4. 提交申请并等待审核批准，敬请留意邮箱。

The New Era Membership Card has now been upgraded to the New Era UC Member APP, and the Google Form application will no longer be accepted.
To apply for New Era membership, please register on the New Era UC Member APP, and we will review and approve your application as soon as possible (*subject to terms and conditions).
Please follow the steps below to apply:
1. Click the link https://member.newera.edu.my/download to download and install the New Era UC Member APP (available on Google Play Store, App Store, Huawei Gallery, and Web App).
2. After entering the app's homepage, click "Member" at the bottom left to start the registration.
3. Fill in your personal details (please enter your full name in both Chinese and English as it appears on your ID).
4. Submit your application and wait for approval.
