Executive Peer Circle Program Application
Thank you for your interest in The Healing Trust’s Executive Peer Circle Program (EPCP). We urge you to take your time to complete this application as the thoughtfulness of your responses will be taken into consideration when selecting participants for this program. This offering is different from many workshops or class offerings you may have attended in the past so attendance and ability to participate is a critical element of deciding whether you can participate. A commitment to attend each session of this program is important and we ask that you carefully consider the time commitment required for this program. Unless otherwise indicated, monthly circle meetings begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. in The Healing Trust’s Retreat Center on the following dates:

EPCP includes a half-day retreat, a mid-year retreat, 11 monthly gatherings (2.5 hours each), and a closing retreat. Are you able to attend each of the following sessions for the full session time? If no, please explain why? *
Do you have enough bench depth in your organization to support you being fully present for each session? To clarify the concept of "bench depth", who will answer calls, emails and leadership issues/problems while you are out of the office and unavailable during the Program sessions? (There are short breaks during each session where you are permitted to make calls and respond to messages.) If you do not have sufficient bench depth in your organization to support your presence at these executive sessions, we urge you to consider applying when that level of support is available in your organization.
