Volunteer some of your time at the 2026 TeAda Productions Pasifika Artists Exchange!

This event will be held on Saturday, June 20 @ the Glorya Kaufman Community Center at the Wende Museum

Volunteers needed to help set up and break down the event between 2:00pm - 7:00pm.

Volunteers may sign up for 1 or both shifts.

General Set Up - setting up tables, merch, reception

Front Area Personnel - guiding folks from parking lot to gate entrance to GKCC

Registration - welcome folks at the gate

Box Office - checking people in through eventbrite using a tablet at the GKCC

Merch Table - managing digital payments and organizing shirts, mugs, key chains, tote bags

Reception / Food Servers / Handler - managing reception stand handling food, drinks, and encouraging donations

Assisting Artistic Director, Program Manager, House Manager(s), + Artists - runner

Support with Accessibility - elders & folks w/ disabilities

Taking photos/videos of performers + collaborators pre & post-performance

Conducting interviews with attendees and performers about how they feel about the show
