With our countywide mobilization across 20+ sites here in Marin, we are asking for volunteers to support individual Site Leads as Site Ambassadors and assist them with general support. 

THE ROLE: Site Ambassadors stand with protestors and act as general Site Lead support. This can include any number of tasks such as hosting and greeting protestors, answering questions, providing public information (we usually have flyers or community engagement info to pass out), collecting contact info from those interested in being contacted for future actions, passing donation buckets, and supporting safety measures by gently reminding folks to stay on sidewalks and shared public spaces, avoid congregating around driveways, and supporting general safety.  This is a simple and great role for people who care and want to do their part on No Kings day.  Safety, Know Your Rights, and De-escalation trainings are encouraged and available for free through the Indivisible National Organization as well: https://www.nokings.org/trainings
