Please note: This is an outdoor event. You must supply your own tables, chairs or display racks. You are responsible for getting any necessary permits needed with the twp if you are selling any food items. Vehicles can be kept in the 16’ x 16’ spaces but not in the 8’ x 8’ spaces. Space is limited and on a first come first served basis! Your vendor registration fee is a donation to the EHS PTSO.
**IMPORTANT** - EMAIL US OR SEND A FACEBOOK MESSAGE FOR AVAILABILITY TO ENSURE NO DUPLICATE TYPE VENDORS (ESPECIALLY DIRECT SALES VENDORS) PRIOR TO SUBMITTING PAYMENT!
COMPLETE YOUR ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM AND SUBMIT PAYMENT ONLINE IMMEDIATELY TO SECURE YOUR SPOT AS IT IS A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. If mailing payment, it must be RECEIVED within SEVEN (7) days of registration form completion. Spaces will not be held after 7 days. We do not accept duplicate vendors and it is first come first served!
