ACA, Southern California/Hawaii - Rising Star Award

Purpose: The Rising Star Award is given to recognize individuals who are new to service in organized camping and the local area.

Eligibility: To qualify for nomination:
1) The candidate must be a member of Southern California/Hawaii.
2) The candidate must be new to local service.
3) There is no age limit on this award.

Number of Awards: No more than four awards per year
