Wellness Planning for Life

Join this 8-session interactive workshop (2 hours per session) designed for individuals living with a mental health condition and/or substance use challenges who want to build a personalized plan for overall wellness.

Rooted in the work of Mary Ellen Copeland (WRAP), Dr. Peggy Swarbrick (8 Dimensions of Wellness), Dr. Kelley McGonigal, and Dr. Kristin Neff, participants will explore mindfulness, self-compassion, gratitude, and habit-building to support lasting recovery and improved quality of life.

Through discussion, activities, videos, and reflection, you’ll create your own unique wellness plan using a creative format of your choice (notebook, scrapbook, poster, PowerPoint, and more).
Each session begins with mindfulness and ends with gratitude.
