Strategies for Seeking Research Opportunities: A Guide for Early Stage Students
Participating in research experiences is essential to the growth of any early career scientist, and is a strong predictor of success in applying to STEM graduate school. In an effort to help students get involved in research prior to their final year projects or their applications to graduate school, SFD will hold a training webinar entitled: Strategies for Seeking Research Opportunities: A Guide for Early Stage Students. In this webinar, Ms. Salau and Mr. Offei will discuss strategies for joining research laboratories during undergraduate (or postgraduate, in some cases) studies.

The meeting will be held on Saturday, February 17 from 11am GMT. The link to join will be sent 24 hours in advance of the meeting on Friday, February 16.

To receive information about future webinars, make sure to sign up for membership at the link in the last question of the survey.
