Breck School is in the process of creating a Science Research Club to meet the interests of its 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th grade students. The level of interest and enthusiasm the students have shown is high, and we are excited to support them as they explore their interest in scientific inquiry.

An important component of student success is a strong, robust support network. Breck students will be supported by:
• Club coaches
• Breck faculty
• US Advanced Science Research peer mentors
• Parent support

Additionally, Breck students will benefit from an extensive mentor and professional support network. Breck parents and their associates can fill this important role.

We are in the process of developing a database of interest and talents parents and associates possess that we can call upon during the year. Please complete this survey by October 21. Please feel free to forward this on to others you think would be interested in also participating.

Completion of the survey is not a commitment. Rather, it simply gives us information so we might contact you if opportunities for your involvement arise.

2. Students who participate in science fairs are given the following categories in which to work. Please select those areas in which you feel you are qualified to work with a 7th, 8th, 9th, or 10th grade student as they develop their research project ideas. Thus, you could have a strong background but would not have to be an “expert." Please select all that apply to your background.
