To ensure a seamless experience from start to finish, please take some time to review the following details before submitting your request to book luxury décor services. 

Booking Readiness

We kindly ask that you submit your booking form request only when you’re fully ready to proceed and prepared to submit your deposit. This helps us provide timely and efficient service to all our valued clients.

Advance Booking

We encourage our clients to book at least two weeks or more prior to your desired decoration date. The sooner services are booked the better to allow adequate time to order supplies needed to complete your luxury décor set up.

Rush Booking

For bookings reserved less than 7 days in advance, a $75 rush fee will be added to your total. Rush bookings must be paid 100% in full at the time your request is accepted to reserve your date and selected package.

Customization Options

We offer several options to add to any package selected. If you have a specific request to add or substitute items within a package, please inform us so we can provide a customized quote prior to paying your security deposit.

Hours of Operation 

If decor services are needed outside of our normal business hours, please contact us prior to completing this form to confirm availability.

Monday - Friday:  2:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Saturday:  8:00 am - 7:00 pm

Sunday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Service Area

We proudly offer our luxury décor services in Gonzales, Prairieville, Baton Rouge, and the New Orleans area. Any location more than 25 miles from the zip code 70737 will be charged an additional travel fee.

Deposit Requirement

To reserve your date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This secures your room set up and ensures priority scheduling.

Final Payment 

The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to the décor reservation date.

Cancellations

All deposits are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your booking for any reason, your credit can be used for future decor services within 90 days of your original booking. Cancellations must be submitted via email at RELuxuryDecor@outlook.com

Rescheduling 

Life happens; we get it! If you need to reschedule, we allow one complimentary reschedule provided we are notified at least 48 hours before your scheduled set up time. A 90-day credit will be given for a future décor service and is subject to availability. All payments/deposits are non-refundable.

Hotel Booking Notice

Clients are responsible for booking the Hotel or Airbnb.  R & E Luxury Decor only provides decorating services.  You must be checked into your room prior to our team’s arrival to decorate. Based on availability you may be able to request an early check in, inquire with your Hotel/Airbnb host.

Parking Fee

A Parking fee of $30 or more will be added to your final fee, if free parking is not available. The parking fee will vary depending on the Hotel parking rate.

Room Readiness for Decoration Set Up

The Hotel room or Airbnb must be vacant of all guests to begin the decoration process. For safety and efficiency, guests are not allowed to enter the space until the service is complete. Please ensure your schedule aligns with your décor set up time. Yes, we do make house calls. We also provide room decor services within the comfort of your home.

Additional Helium

If your hotel room/Airbnb has high ceilings (any height above 10 feet), a fee for additional helium will apply for ceiling balloons. Based on the package selected a custom quote will be provided for additional helium.

Decoration Set Up Time

The decoration process typically takes from 1 to 4 hours depending on the selected package. Our team will communicate via text message of progress and completion of the service.

Privacy Notice

Your personal information, including name, address, phone number, and email will be used for booking, billing, and contract purposes with R & E Luxury Decor. We value your privacy and will never sell, share, or disclose your information to third parties. All information is kept confidential and secure.

SMS Privacy Policy

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Please complete the Inquiry Form below. Once your inquiry is received and reviewed, a member of our team will communicate with you to confirm the details for your special celebration. After the details have been discussed and the date and time are confirmed a contract will be sent to book your appointment. The date and time are only reserved after the contract is signed and 50% deposit is received. The client has 24 hours to do so after receiving the contract.
