Purposes of the processing:  Collect data for the management and auditing of the PhD Programme in Biomedicine from the UPF. Your data will be stored according to the current regulations.

Legal basis:  To comply with Royal Decree 99/2011, which regulates doctoral studies, and the regulations derived therefrom.

Recipients: Your data will be used by UPF Pompeu Fabra University. The quality system agencies will be assigned in compliance with the legally established obligations. In case your doctorate is in collaboration with another research institution, they may also be transferred to this center. To manage the PhD Programme in Biomedicine, as well as to generate quality indicators required by the Catalan University Quality Assurance Agency (AQU).

Rights: You can request from the controller access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data, as well as the restriction or objection to the processing of your personal data. Rights may be exercised by contacting UPF’s General Manager (gerencia@upf.edu). You can contact UPF’s Data Protection Officer (dpd@upf.edu) if you have any question regarding your personal data. You have the right to lodge a complaint with Catalan Data Protection Authority.
