MEDIA/PRESS ACCREDITATION INSTRUCTIONS

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING PARAGRAPHS CAREFULLY BEFORE SENDING IN THIS APPLICATION.

APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED WITHOUT ALL REQUIRED ITEMS OR INCOMPLETELY FILLED OUT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Please submit one application per person to be assigned (limited to one reporter and one photographer).

Those requesting media credentials must be currently employed by a publication or news organization.

We CANNOT issue credentials to sales/advertising personnel, publishers/associate publishers, or PR/technical staff from any organization.

Press Credential Guidelines:

 * Credentials will be issued based on job function (Photographer, reporter, etc.) Credentials are transferable only if accompanied by the same media outlet's photo ID.

 * ONLY Approved and certified media outlets and official event photographers will be issued event credentials.

* These credentials will be valid for the meet(s) requested and may be picked up at the media check in desk. All media must check in at media check in and display their media outlet ID and event credentials for duration of event.

* To date, there will be no reserved parking for media outlets.

Upon approval, a confirmation letter will be e-mailed to you. This letter along with additional identification will be required when picking up your credentials at media check in at "Dreams Into Reality".
