AAPT Committee on Diversity in Physics WM2023 Session/Workshop Proposal Form
In an effort to maximize the number of sessions and events that the AAPT Committee on Diversity in Physics can consider sponsoring, we are asking the community to propose sessions and events ahead of the Committee meeting.  You should fill out as much information as you have, but all fields are not required.

Please submit one application for each proposed session or workshop/event. AAPT gives each area committee two separate quotas (one for sessions and one for workshops) to spend on the sponsorship of sessions and workshops. If a committee is the sole sponsor for a session/workshop, the committee spends one whole unit. If a committee partners with another committee to co-sponsor a session/workshop, each committee spends one half unit.   We encourage applicants to seek co-sponsorship with other area committees.
