Hosting An Illinois USSSA Tournament Agreement:
The Group / Company / Agency and Tournament Director stated on the is form is herein described as and will herein be known as the Host.
Host agrees not to adverstise as a USSSA Sanctioned event until the event has approved and made public at www.usssa.com
Host agrees to verify all teams participating in event are registered with USSSA for the current season.
Host agrees not to sanction a USSSA event with any other Association, Federation and / or league.
The Host agrees the event will be played by the policies and procedures set forth with USSSA Bylaws. The Host agrees any special rules associated with the tournament must be submitted in writing to the State Director for review and approval. If approved, all teams will be informed of these rules upon entering the event.
The Host agrees to have in writing and posted on tournament website, a detailed weather and entry refund policy.
The Host agrees to complete placing for tournament on dc.usssa.com within 24 hours upon the completion of the last scheduled game.
The Host agrees to comply with all reasonable requests from the State Director.
The Host agrees to pay Illinois USSSA Baseball agreed upon State fee / per team.
The Host agrees to pay Illinois USSSA Baseball all appropriate USSSA Sanction fees.
State Qualifier: $200 / tournamentOne Day: $100 / tournament (charged per event ID)
NIT: $850 / tournament
Global Sports NIT: $850 / tournament
$20 per team fee in the tournament.
As the Host, I have completely read and agree to meet all obligations for hosting an Illinois USSSA Baseball Event. I fully understand that I am set to the highest standards in hosting the event and I will do all in my power to uphold the Positive reputation of Illinois USSSA Baseball.
