✨️This form is be be filled by volunteers for the fundraising event organized by EMSA Lorcan in collaboration with Lorcan Medical College and Blue Health Ethiopia.
✨️Any Lorcan Medical College students( from all departments and batches) are encouraged to participate. Students from other colleges can apply to this application as well.
✨️This event will be held at Lorcan Medical College campus on Saturday September 16,2023.
✨️The event will consist of an on-stage experience sharing session from medical students , medical professionals and lecturers, and an on-stage entertainment program, and off stage activities like fundraising, awareness creations, health screenings, games, foods, drinks, snacks, blood donation ,campus tour and others activities.
✨️The target audience are highschool and freshman college students.
✨️The event is expected to be attended by more than 100 participants and more than 10 organizations.
✨️Objectives of this event are the following:
-Create awareness and guide highschool and freshman college students about the medical school life and the profession
-Promote Lorcan Medical College for high school and freshman students learning elsewhere
-Promote Blue Health Ethiopia.
-To fundraise for EMSA Lorcan
-Help local NGOs in ways possible.
✨️For this event, the organizing committee has been divided into teams :
-Finance and purchasing team
-External Affairs team
-Catering team
-Public relations and communications team.
-On stage program team.
-Off stage program team.
✨️Volunteers are appreciated to indicate which team they would want to engage in and the positions, but the positioning of each volunteer will be done by the organizing committee , respective or irrespective of the volunteers preference as the positions are limited in some teams ❗
🎖Volunteers will be gaining atleast a certificate for their efforts from EMSA Lorcan ❗
