ISN HSE One Day Trips: Sergiev Posad

One Day Trips are short, low-cost train trips to nearby cities. The third trip this year will be to Sergiev Posad.


Some interesting facts about Sergiev Posad:
• A spiritual center of Russia and part of the historic Golden Ring
• Home to the Trinity Lavra of St. Sergius, a UNESCO World Heritage Site 
• Famous for its stunning churches, wooden toys, and peaceful monastery atmosphere
•  Once was the largest producer of matryoshka - Russian doll 

When: Sunday, June 29th
Departure: 8:30 AM at Yaroslavsky Railway Station
Return: 8:41 PM to Yaroslavsky Railway Station


Price: 2100 RUB per person
Price includes round-trip train tickets and a guided city tour.
