Hours: Full time 35 hours a week (temporary contract subject to securing ongoing funding)
Pay: £26,000
Purpose of role: Leading on and being the key contact for the development of Seaman’s Hall.
To support the growth of Green Hive through fundraising; stakeholder development; communications and marketing, including social media.
To ensure the sustainability of Green Hive by managing our information, data, HR, finance, health and safety, and related systems. Reviewing policies and bringing these as appropriate to the Board, reporting to the Chief Operations Officer(COO).
Management:
Of Green Hive’s systems, data and information and of designated budgets (yet to be allocated).
Main responsibilities:
- Working with the COO and others on new fundraising applications, and monitoring progress on outstanding applications
Working in support of the COO in the oversight of Green Hive’s financial systems
Leading on Green Hive’s communications, media, and social media and supporting the COO and others on stakeholder management and marketing
Managing Green Hive’s information, data, and IT systems
Reviewing and updating Green Hive’s policies and reporting on these to the Board
Leading and being the key contact for the work of the Seaman’s Hall sub-committee, engaging with consultants and the community on the development of Seaman’s Hall and managing the project to restore the building and prepare it for the delivery of services
Contribute to the development of Green Hive as a team, including our strategy, and ensuring that we are aligned with our charitable objectives.
