Hello EXO-Ls and Baekhyun Lovers,

We are currently looking for VOLUNTEERS that can help us in the Fanzone (Ingress, Event Proper, Egress), Banner and Cloud light distribution, Claiming of Donor Gifts, and Claiming of Merch.

Please fill out this form if you would like to be part of the volunteers. Make sure that you have telegram account because Telegram will be used for communication of volunteers.

VOLUNTEER QUALIFICATIONS
Volunteers needed:

Fanzone:

• Ingress - FIVE (5) VOLUNTEERS that will help and assist the team in designing and styling the fanzone area.
Volunteers must be at the location before 6 AM.

• Event proper - 14 VOLUNTEERS

Volunteers that will facilitate the attendees and make sure that the booths are not damaged.
Station 1: 1-2 Volunteers
Station 2: 1-2 Volunteers

Station 3 Photobooth/Face paint: 3-4 volunteers
• Photobooth Queuing Area: 2 Volunteers

Station 4: Claiming Area- Volunteers that will facilitate the claiming of donors' gift and reverie fundraising merch
Donors' Gift: 2 volunteers
Fan Merch: 2 volunteers

-Cloud Light/Banner Distribution: 2-3 volunteers that can help in the banner and cloud light distribution

-SIX (6) Volunteers that can help in the Banner and cloud light distribution in different entrances of MOA Arena. Preferably, fans that will not attend the concert.

Fanzone Egress: FIVE (5) volunteers that will help in cleaning and packing up of fanzone area.
