Join us at the 35th Bienal de São Paulo for an enriching experience during the International Weekend 2023, scheduled to take place on October 28-29.

The International Weekend is an important networking tool for the Fundação Bienal de São Paulo, connecting it with institutions, researchers and art professionals by hosting a stimulating agenda on an alternative date to the opening week of the Bienal.

Reception, welcome kit, guided tours, seminars, film screenings, and a vibrant public program will be offered, all presented in English for your convenience.

We will welcome around 100 participants, giving priority to those who will be attending the International Weekend for the first time. Applications are exclusive to visitors from outside Brazil. The detailed agenda will be promptly shared with the selected participants via email.

Before making arrangements such as airline tickets, transfers, and accommodation, we kindly recommend seeking updates and confirmation from our team. Fundação Bienal de São Paulo cannot assume responsibility for any expenses incurred by participants in order to attend the International Weekend 2023.
Considering that attendance is limited, we kindly request that you carefully assess your commitment to participate before completing your application.
International Weekend 2023 is exclusive to people living outside Brazil and priority will be given to individuals who are taking part in the event for the first time. Those who have confirmed attendance in previous editions but were unable to attend will not meet the eligibility criteria.
The activities described to take place in the 35th Bienal de São Paulo will be offered free of charge.
