Fox Bay Owners Contact Information Request
The primary reason the Fox Bay HOA association needs your contact information is to be able to reach out to you about any HOA related communications including Safety and Security issues. 

The HOA is responsible for managing Fox Bay. We are governed by our CC&R's, as well as our Bylaws, Rules and Regulations. The HOA has hired a Property Manager (Amigo Properties) to assist the HOA in managing Fox Bay Condominiums. Amigo works for the HOA and takes direction solely from the Board of Directors of the HOA.  Amigo Property Management will respond to the owner's request in accordance with the contractual agreement with the Fox Bay HOA Board of Directors. Please be aware that in the event a homeowner fails to comply with the rules and regulations, Utah Law allows the HOA to take action including levying fines to the owners if necessary. 

Tenants of homeowners do not have the right to tell the HOA, or the property manager what to do. Should they have an issue, they need to direct it to the owner of the property. 

By filling out this form, you are providing the HOA with your up-to-date information. In order to manage the Fox Bay Complex, we need to have this information from all of our property owners with no exceptions.
