Add-On

Soft Sustenance: Lactation & Infant Feeding Class. A 1-hour recorded class to help you feel grounded and confident in feeding your baby—from preparing during pregnancy through the early weeks postpartum.

We cover what to expect in the first days, how to support feeding and milk supply, recognizing feeding cues, and navigating common early challenges with clarity and calm.

Available for enrolled HypnoBirthing clients at a bundled rate of $50.
