Inter-IIT Tech 14.0: Mid Prep - Autonomous Rover for Warehouse Rack Inventory Management - Call for Participants 

We’re calling all innovators, robotics enthusiasts, and software engineers to take on one of the most technically exciting challenges at Inter-IIT Tech Meet 14.0 — Autonomous Rover for Warehouse Rack Inventory Management by Eternal.

Summary of the Problem Statement:

Your mission is to develop a comprehensive autonomous mobile robot system capable of navigating within a warehouse environment and performing vertical scanning operations on storage racks. The robot must capture high-resolution visual data, process this information, and store it for real-time inventory analysis and management. This solution directly addresses key challenges like slow manual inspection and human errors in inventory tracking.

This problem demands a multidisciplinary approach, combining:

1) 3D designing and CAD Modelling 
2) SLAM and Perception
3) Embedded Systems and Control
