Signing up for LSAT Lab will automatically open the platform, but before you can access the Diagnostic Practice Test, you’ll need to verify your email. Go to your inbox and open the email from LSAT Lab with the subject line “Verify your email address” and follow the instructions. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your Spam/Promotions folder. Once you’re verified and signed into the LSAT Lab platform, follow the instructions below!
Hover over the sidebar menu and click “Tests." This will open the Tests page.
On the Tests page, click the “Take a Test” button and choose PrepTest 141 from the dropdown menu.

Please note that the LSAT recently changed from a 1-94 numbering system to a 100+ system. PrepTest 141 used to be called PrepTest 73. If you have already taken PT 73 (perhaps because you applied for SEO Catalyst or Launchpad in the past), email laura@lsatlab.com to get a different PT assignment.

If you happen to have signed up for LSAT Lab before June 15, 2024, you may see the 1-94 numbering system in your dropdown menu. To fix this and get the new 100+ system, click the icon in the upper right corner by your name . Select "Settings" and toggle on the "No LG" setting.
On the “Ready to Start Your Test?” screen, click “Next” again.
On the next screen, you will set up the exam. Use the "New Format" setting, with "Proctored" toggled and "Experimental" toggled on. Then, click “Start Test.”
When you finish the test, you’ll see a screen with an hourglass icon beside each question. Select the hourglass for any question that you skipped or guessed on because time ran out (This isn't absolutely necessary, but it prevents these questions from showing up as misses in your Analytics). Then, click the “Score Your Test” button.
Take a screenshot of your Results Page and submit it to the Selection Committee according to the directions provided by the program.
OK, that's it! Email laura@lsatlab.com if you have questions. If you need help right away, you can also reach us using the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your LSAT Lab screen. Good luck on the test! We'll see you in the Lab!
