Waiver, Release and Assumption of Risk: I assume the risk for, and release and forever discharge and hold harmless the Sierra Club and Sierra Club's Seal Society of San Diego (SSSD) and its representatives, employees, agents, officer, board and docents and its/their successors and assigns from, any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind of nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from the volunteer services that I provide SSSD. I understand and acknowledge that this release discharges Sierra Club and SSSD from any liability or claim and I may have against them with respect to bodily injury, illness, death or property damage or any other claim that may arise from the volunteer services I provide to the SSSD or occurring while I am providing volunteer services *
